SOLID "CLASSIC"

• It is the solid traditional glued-laminated timber used for interior decoration. It is composed of juxtaposed wood lamellas, joined and stuck.

• Wide choice of wood species: oak, ash, beech, mapel-sycomore, mahogany, iroko, teak, cherry, bubinga, wenge ...

• Finished with natural polyurethane varnish, oil, wax...

"Sandwich" panel composed of :

• a glued-laminated DECORLAM facing.
• a plywood support,
• a second balancing face or a second Decorlam® decor.

• The DECORLAM ® facing is a layer of glued-laminated timber (from 1,5 mm to 5 mm thickness).

• Support : It is determined according to the end-use of the panel : standard plywood,(humidity or fire-resistant), MDF, multi-ply, honeycombs, solid core for doors….

- The machinig and the preparation of the surfaces are custom made following the plan, details or specification : moulded edges, cuttings, assembling, machining….
- Curving the lamellas is possible to manufacture curved surfaces, handrails.
- We can also bent panels in our workshop to manufactured curved partitions, cupboard fronts, and columns….
- Inclusion of veneers or lamellas in a different type of wood are made on request.
- Polyurethane or vinyl glue (D3 or D4 for damp places).
- As fire-resistant as the solid wood.
- Finished with natural polyurethane varnish, oil, wax...
